The first of four programs is our:
"Off Season Strength & Conditioning Workout Program: For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers."
This 30 page Training Manual will give you everything you'll need in your Off Season Training.
Special Teams Football Academy and Iron LLC (Iron Fan Page) have teamed up to bring years of training experience to bring to you a comprehensive workout plan designed specifically for specialists. Lifts and agility drills are designed to improve and strengthen core muscles needed to excel as a kicker, punter and long snapper. This 12 week program is a plan that includes lifts, warm ups, and an agility workout to correspond with the "Off Season Strength & Conditioning Workout Program: For Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers." This program is meant for specialists to use 3-6 months before their season starts.
The workouts include advanced training sequences that are designed using common gym equipment so that the Athlete can use this workout in their local Gym.
Soon we'll be unveiling a workout plan for: In Season, Post Season, Pre-Season workouts, as well as plans focus on agility and core strength.
The Off-Season Program Details:
The 12-week Off-Season Program for Kickers, Punters, and Long Snappers focuses on building a solid foundation of endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, SAQ (Speed-Agility-Quickness) and sport-specific movement based on particular performance attributes required for punting, kicking and long snapping at the highest levels. Completion of this initial phase of training will lead to gains in overall endurance, muscle size and strength, improved range of motion and flexibility, and will set the stage for pre-season training, the next 12-week phase of athletic performance enhancement, focusing on building advanced strength and explosive power in movements specific to kicking, punting and long snapping athletes.
