PLEASE NOTE that all non-ministry and catered events will be subject to custodial services and related fees; a minimum of $75 per building. Requests for these events will be processed through the Administration department. A representative will contact you separately with confirmation, clarification, or questions.

PLEASE NOTE that all technical requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event and will be processed through the Worship Arts department. All non-ministry events will be subject to Media/Tech Service Fees: a 4-hour minimum of $100 per technician and an additional $25 for each hour required beyond 4 hours.  A representative will contact you separately with confirmation, clarification, or questions.

PLEASE NOTE that all childcare requests are for ministry related events and must be submitted at least one month prior to the event and will be processed through the Preschool Ministry. After we evaluate your request, a representative of the Preschool Ministry will contact you separately with confirmation, clarification, or questions.

A minimum of four children (Birth-6th Grade) must require care in order to staff it. Childcare is available until 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on the weekends. You will be responsible for collecting a sign-up list of children's names, DOB, parent or guardian name, and emergency contact information.
