1. Eligibility & Entry:

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to enter Online Round 1:

Proof of Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the Oceania/South East Asia region or hold a current and valid student VISA (not including a travel VISA). ACL discretion is final.

Proof of Validility: Must currently hold a valid StarCraft II account and be able to play on the South East Asia server.

Entry to the Tournament is free of charge.
