• CRAFT VENDING INFORMATION

  • General Information

  • Application Deadline: March 16th

Booth size:  10 x 10 . All vendors are allotted an additional 10 x 10 space directly behind their booth for camping. If you need more space, you must purchase an extra booth.

Fees:  Please reference vending village map and price structure below.

Passes:  Two adult 4-day passes are included with your booth. One additional 4-day pass is available per booth for $165. Payment must be submitted with booth fees. Children 5 - 12 are $50 for four days. Ages 4 & under are free.

Liability Insurance:  All accepted vendors will be required to carry liability insurance. If you don’t normally carry insurance, it typically can be purchased for $95-$125. If you are selected to be a vendor and need insurance, we will be able to recommend an insurance carrier for you.

Electricity:  Although High Sierra does not provide electricity as a part of the booth fee, some vendors have been able to find adjacent unused outlets to plug in to.  You may plug in to any outlets in the adjacent artist camping areas, provided the artists camping there are not using them.

Camping:  Camping in booth, behind booth or on festival grounds.

Parking:  You will be allowed one vehicle pass to park behind your booth. All other vehicles must park in the off-site festival parking lot. Once vehicles are in the festival grounds, they stay parked for the entire weekend!

The scene:  Vendors will be placed on the inner perimeter of the music meadow. Spaces will be assigned at the discretion of our staff based on a variety of factors including artistic representation and special size requirements.

Be prepared to secure your booth against both of these elements if they adversely affect your crafts. High Sierra is not responsible for any damage to any part of your booth or your merchandise.

    • Cancellation Policy:  Vendors must give High Sierra at least four weeks notice of intent to cancel participation in the festival.
