If you are a patron in Waukesha County:
On March 10, your library began requiring a PIN to access OverDrive. The PIN is the same as the password you use when logging into your Cafe account. If you do not know your PIN/password, you can try your birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY). If this does not work, you can use the Email Password form if you know your barcode and have an email address on file with the library. If you still cannot get in, please contact your local library for assistance.
