EarthCraft sets the standard for quality, durability, energy efficiency and community in the Southeast. Each year, the EarthCraft Awards recognize Projects and Project Teams that embody the values of EarthCraft and exhibit excellence in sustainable design and construction, such as the 2010 EarthCraft House Platinum Project of Year by the Imery Group pictured above. Winners of the 2011 EarthCraft Awards will be recognized through:
-Press releases on both the Southface and EarthCraft websites
-An announcement in the EarthCraft newsletter
-A listing in the Southface Journal, with a distribution list of approximately 5,000
-Acknowledgement and promotion at an EarthCraft event later this year, date and place TBD.
How to nominate a Project or Project Team for an EarthCraft Award
Please fill in the following application to nominate an EarthCraft Project or EarthCraft Project Team for an EarthCraft Award. Only EarthCraft Projects certified in 2011 are eligible for Project awards. Only EarthCraft Project Teams (e.g. Builders, Renovators and Developers) associated with an EarthCraft project certified in 2011 are eligible for Project Team awards.
To nominate a Project for an EarthCraft Award, please prepare the following to complete the application:
-Basic information about the Project (e.g. name of Builder, Technical Advisor, address)
-Information about the green features of the Project (e.g. EarthCraft score, diagnositc test results)
-Photos of nominated Project
-A written description of why you are nominating the Project for an EarthCraft Award
To nominate a Project Team for an EarthCraft Award, please prepare the following to complete the application:
-Basic information about the Project Team (e.g. name of company, numbers and names of related EarthCraft Projects, Technical Advisors who have worked with the Project Team)
-Photos of EarthCraft Projects the Project Team has worked on
-A written description of why you are nominating the Project Team for an EarthCraft Award
